Possibly the best and relaxing stay for my business trip. Decent, efficient staff towards all guests. Large bed, best bathroom and a lounge area, several windows, and a settee in the room. A wide range of outstanding food 

The location was good, within a close distance from Gaiety Theatre. The rooms were decent sized and airy, especially those with panoramic views, really comfortable beds plus the fridge. To be honest I enjoyed how super-friendly the staff 

Quiet rooms, nice interior. Marvellous and brilliant location close to the centre in a lovely area. Not too far from Broadway Baptist Church and other tourist attractions.

The venue is reasonably spacious and fairly clean with an excellent value and knowledgeable staff. The hotel is situated in the central location to get to from sea port.

Lovely breakfast with views over the bay and absolutely fabulous views. Good and unbeatable setting, close enough to pubs and restaurants. It also was close enough to the bay and a hill.

Had a comfortable stay for my business trip & will be back. There was plenty of food for breakfast, it was brilliant.

Lovely staff with excellent personal service, quiet and perfect rooms. With an electric kettle and fridges. A great and brilliant hotel, my first choice in Douglas.

Welcoming and helpful staff. Charming, historical hotel. Lovely, well-decorated room. Comfortable bed. Attentive servers. Excellent continental breakfast. Good quality evening meals. Clean and airy restaurant. Smart and comfortable surroundings. 

The breakfast looked gorgeous, with views over the bay, unfortunately we didn't have time and didn't try it. The super-friendly staff members provided a few recommendations.

This place is conveniently located near the seaport and in the heart of the city. The room I stayed in was very spacious and had a wonderfully comfortable bed. The staff were very helpful and friendly, and the facilities were really well-maintained. 

The hotel was well-maintained and excellent value with caring employees with excellent personal service. Magnificent location, at a medium distance from Nobles Park. Set near a bus station in the busy area.  

Our hotel is set in a central location so close to sea/beach as well as the festival. Thank you for the warm welcome, you're dope!

The bathrooms are very dated.

Had a really lovely stay for my business trip, glad I've chosen it. Its location was excellent and absolutely perfect, right by buses on the island as well as the airport.

The accommodation had a central location in the restaurant which changed daily for dinner. And it was also close enough to Douglas and the promenade, and the town centre. The room was airy and spotless, with
